6/10 Beautiful location but outdated facility
1) you can rent their bikes up to one hr for free daily,
2) pool and ping pong are free (all of this is apart of your resort fee)
3) Starbucks in the same building.
4) staff super friendly.
5) Facility/lobby was clean and smelled good! All the elevators worked and were fast!
6) the pier which has nightly entertainment and local vendors is basically in the backyard.
7) check In and out was a breeze! No problems!
8) the beach is right outside the lobby. The beach is beautiful!!!

4/10 Great Beach! Hotel is Severly Lacking and Exorbitantly priced for thevalue provided!
The beach itself was beautiful and the hotel is right on the main strip of restaurants. This is NOT a 4 star hotel by any means and is not worth the EXORBITANT price.
The chairs at the pool were included. The chairs on the beach were charged by a separate vendor for upwards of $25 per day per person.
Housekeeping was lacking-a few days and had to ask for towel replacements after the maids had left the room.
Breakfast buffet was poorly attended and the food was therefore soggy and stale-$30 per head.
Hilton Honors Service Desk usually had one employee and there usually was a line. Ocean/Gulf view room (which we paid extra) was overlooking the roof of the parking lot and the conference center as well as all the HVAC roof gear- Gulf was far in the distance and NOT worth the extra money.
" Optional" Valet parking at $29 per day really wasn't very optional and should have explained on the web site.
Fitness center had very limited weights, TVs, and bicycle equipment. One day Fitness Center had NO clorox wipes.
The Hotel and the Rooms were very dated and under repair.
The area near the beach bathrooms( Men's room was closedfor2 days for repairs) and pool table, fussball table,and pool smelled horribly like mildew or feces.
As a long time Hilton Honors Member, it was the worst Hilton Hotel have stayed in.

8/10 Iconic hotel in need of TLC
This iconic property has an unbeatable location in the heart of Clearwater Beach. It is within walking distance to a number of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The recently renovated lobbies are beautiful, and the direct beach access, with many on-site dining and bar choices, is great. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping.
However, the guest rooms themselves are in need of a significant refresh. While clean, they show signs of wear and tear, including warped furniture and rust. The central location, while a major plus for some, can also be a drawback for those seeking a more relaxing vacation, as noise from the beach and busy street can be heard at all hours.
The beach is public, and hotel-provided seating (chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas) is available for rent, positioned a significant distance from the water's edge. Both the beach and pool area can get crowded, and pool seating is limited.
This hotel offers a prime location and excellent amenities, but the dated rooms and potential for noise and crowds should be considered.

8/10 Nice Place - A little pricey. Rooms are outdated.
Father and son trip has come to an end. Stayed from Wed to a Sun. All in all the trip was great. Indoor bar area, pool area, service, friendly staff, clean beach. The fitness center can have at least one more bench, as there was only one available. Cabanas at the beach were $50, BUT, what was a shocker was that we had to pay for chairs as well. $25 each. So a cabana with 2 lounge chairs was $100, with no waiter/waitress service. This was a little steep for us. Pool area was where we stayed the next 2 days. The downtown area (literally on same street) had many different bars/restaurants/attractions that were very nice. Breakfast and dinner at the Salty Crab was our go to spot. Great staff and food. Would probably go back. The most negative feedback I have are the rooms. They are very outdated. Shower head was falling off, the remote control for the TV barely worked, the towel holder was broken off of wall, and the air conditioner was as loud as a construction dump truck. Despite that, thanks anyway for a good few days off.

10/10 We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The location of this hotel was excellent for us. Right on the old main street, across from a diner, shops, and restaurants. It's a beautiful hotel, very exclusive feeling but without the heavy price tag. There is a large bar and restaurant on the premises, so you don't ever have to leave if you don't want to. We had dinner on the terrace as the sun set, which is what a lot of people do in these parts. We also had valet parking, which did work out very well. We felt very pampered. In a very walkable area, and safe as well, even at night. The beach was gorgeous and we enjoyed walking on it every morning. The staff was very attentive and responded to all our needs whatever they were. Very clean property.

Checked in late, refused to make it up to us, lost the only good day on the beach, wasn’t made aware that a room with a balcony with street view would have drunk people yelling until 4am every night even during week days. Manager was extremely rude, ended up calling corporate and getting full refund. The next Hilton was the exact same way. Have never complained of a hotel or requested money back from a hotel except for Hilton. Won’t stay at a Hilton again.

5/10 Wasn’t bad but wasn’t worth 2,000 we paid to stay.
They don’t tell you that they force you to use their valet which is 30 extra a day. So an extra 200 on top of the 1800 it was for the room, and no where did it tell us we had to do that. Also beware when it says ocean view you’re not really facing the ocean, you can see it but you face the parking lot.

Very expensive and you pay for everything..parking , beach amenities etc
The spa was amazing! David was the best massage I have ever had and spa was reasonably priced and super clean.
Close to tons of restaurants and entertainment.
Best Bartender, her name escapes me but she's awesome!

My wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway in January. The weather was subpar, but the hotel was fabulous and in a great location. We were able to walk the beach, which was right out the back door. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean.

4/10 Great location but accommodations were not up to par.
Gulf was viewable but majority of the view was the roof of other buildings. This wasn’t clear at the time a booking. A full view of the gulf was shown with balcony but upon arriving to the room that wasn’t the case.

Went for New Year’s Eve. Had a room facing the fireworks. Unbelievable experience. Will definitely return. Hotel employees were very friendly. Hotel location was excellent. Restaurants in the area were very good. We were able to walk everywhere. Had a wonderful experience at the Hilton and will be returning again this winter for a quick getaway from our northeast winter.

Comfortable room and bed, everything was clean and the staff were friendly. Good location. I enjoyed having direct access to the beach. It was amazing to watch the sunrise every morning and walk on the beach. Highly recommend!
