This hotel is well situated on a powdery sand beach. The hotel has very good restaurants and is near all. The lobby hotel is really very good with outdoor seating overlooking the beach. Rooms are c...This hotel is well situated on a powdery sand beach. The hotel has very good restaurants and is near all. The lobby hotel is really very good with outdoor seating overlooking the beach. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff friendly. The pool is nice if a bit small but the bar is good. Tommy’s Tikki is a great place to sit and enjoy music and a wonderful sunset. Overall a nice time. Two major issues. The hotel did not automatically credit my $30 per day food and beverage credit. Not good. I had to ask each time. Means if I didn’t check I would not have received it. Worse though is the hotel charges a $35 per day resort charge, but that charge does NOT include the beach chair service. I u seat and charging extra for a cabana or day bed, but charging over $70 per day for two chairs and an umbrella is shameful. Especially since the guy right next to the resort charges way less. The resort Charge covers basic stuff that is normally included like WiFi and pool toys (for example, a boogie board) and bikes. How about charge for the bikes and not the chairs. A number of guests brought their own chairs. This is why I cannot give the hotel five stars.Show More
