My room was quiet and standard size (not big, but not tiny), but it had a bit of a funny musty smell, and the carpet/furniture was tired and worn...the sliding bathroom door was scratched and broken at the bottom....room could use a refresh. The room was clean, and daily housekeeping did a good job. Bathroom was small (not really big enough for more than one person at a time) and, other than a small hand towel bar by the sink, there were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels or clothing in the bathroom. The shower head wasn't very high, and I had to bend down a bit to wash my hair (I'm fairly tall.) Water pressure was so-so. Closet has curtains rather than doors. Amenities are good: hair dryer, mini-fridge, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, iron/ironing board, in-room safe, coffee maker, and several drawers to unpack clothing. Whole Foods, Walgreen's, restaurants are within walking distance. Ice maker on my floor didn't work, nor did the ice maker on the floor below me. My in-room safe wasn't working nor was a light over one of the beds. I called the front desk, and maintenance came fairly promptly and fixed both. There were no bellmen/doormen to help with luggage when I arrived and departed. I wasn't "wowed" but it was a decent experience.Show More

Situé en plein quartier grec et à proximité immédiate du quartier italien, on y trouve quantité de restaurants. Pris entre un Walgreen et un Whole Food, on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien et même de quoi manger à emporter. Au restaurant de l'hôtel, nous avons testé uniquement le petit déjeuner dans sa formule buffet à 22$. Très bien. La chambre en angle avec vue directe sur la Willis Tower et la skyline en mettent plein la vue.Show More

We had chosen this Crowne Plaza based on its convenient location and the excellent reviews. It did not disappoint! Our check-in process went smoothly. The front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room (#931) was clean and comfortable... and parking (while quite expensive) was super close and easy. Plus, our room had a balcony which was great! The only complaint we had about the room was that it, along with the bathroom, were small... but that's par for the course for hotels in the downtown area of a big city. One thing I appreciated was that the noise level at this hotel wasn't bad at all... we didn't have any difficulty sleeping. I can't really speak to any of the amenities because we didn't have time to use them - but all in all, this was a good hotel and I'm glad we chose to stay here.Show More
