After travelling all day, and being scammed by the taxi driver, we arrived at the hotel around 7pm, to be told our room wasn't ready as they were waiting for linen to make the beds! They told us to wa...After travelling all day, and being scammed by the taxi driver, we arrived at the hotel around 7pm, to be told our room wasn't ready as they were waiting for linen to make the beds! They told us to wait 5/10 minutes and it would be sorted. After 30 minutes still no room, we were then told to go for a walk and come back in 30 minutes. When we got back the room was still not ready, I told the receptionist what an absolute joke it was. No customer service whatsoever, no communication, eventually she gave us our key. Room was OK, nice shower room. Windows had no double glazing so could hear everything outside, therefore hardly slept. The beds had the most awful plastic mattresses protectors on, making it really uncomfortable to sleep. On the plus side the location was excellent, that's about it. Receptionist when we checked out was so unfriendly, it seems to be run by a bunch of people who haven't got a clue. Would definitely not return yo this hotel, book somewhere else.Show More
