The room had an amazing view over Levante Beach and location was very good. Hotel is located on a steep hill so go in the back way for an easier climb. Close to the main new town but not too close to ...The room had an amazing view over Levante Beach and location was very good. Hotel is located on a steep hill so go in the back way for an easier climb. Close to the main new town but not too close to hear the noise. Staff all very friendly and room is clean and towels changed and beds made daily. Issues I had where there is no separate bathroom in a seperate room, sink next to bedroom and the shower is open apart from half a screen covering, luckily toilet has a sliding door but as was sharing room with a friend I found the lack of privacy uncomfortable. Was staying B&B and it was a buffet breakfast but the hot food was either luke warm or cold. Pool is freezing and definitely not heated but the terrace area was a sun trap and plenty of beds but gets busy so not sure what high season would be like. I probably would stay again if they offered a room with private bathroom behind a door and not open. This was a massive issue.Show More

El trato de todo el personal, desde la persona que nos recibió en recepción hasta los camareros del comedor muy amables, siempre con una sonrisa y tratándonos de maravilla, en especial mencionar al jefe de comedor que nos recibía todas las noches y al jefe de cocina...muy simpáticos...hemos comido de maravilla , buenas frutas , postres riquísimos y buena calidad de los productos ☺️Lo recomiendo cien por cien y volveremos para el próximo año .Show More

A buszmegállót elég nehezen találtuk meg, de segítettek a recepción. 10 perc séta és nagyon sok busz áll meg ott (Av. Europa). Sajnos a Google maps használhatatlan, a Llorente buszokat nem tartalmazza. A szobák nagyon szépek, tiszták, az erkély meglepetés volt, azt hittük, hogy beépített, de körben el lehet húzni az alakokat és csodálni a tengert. A személyzet extra kedves, finomak az ételek és nagy a választék. Találkoztunk olyanokkal, akik nem a szállodában laknak, de befizettek vacsorára.Show More

Our room was on the 7th floor with breathtaking views of the whole beach. The room itself was spacious and very clean. We had breakfast and an evening meal every day, the food was always fresh with enough variety for everyone. The gentleman on reception was always polite and helpful, the restaurant staff and maids were friendly too. You had a little walk up the hill to reach the hotel which we didn’t mind as it keeps you away from the noise of the bars along the beach. If you like scenic walks keep walking past the hotel up the hill and there are stunning views near the tower and cross. We will be staying at this hotel again next time we visit.Show More
