The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. The location is convenient, and the hotel itself was quiet. That said, there were some issues with the room. It’s definitely older and could use some updates. The alarm clock didn’t work, the bathroom fan made a strange clicking noise, and some of the amenities, like the body wash dispenser, were empty. The biggest issue, however, was that after a couple of days, I noticed multiple bites on my legs and arms. Based on my experience, it seems likely they were bedbug bites. I reported the issue to housekeeping, and they mentioned that a pest control professional would be called to assess the room. The housekeeping manager is currently out until after Thanksgiving, so hopefully room 344 (the room I stayed in) is not being used until it has been addressed. While I appreciate that the staff were polite and the room was otherwise adequate, the bedbug concern is serious enough that I probably wouldn’t stay here again. If you do stay here, I would suggest confirming that your room has been inspected and treated.Show More

Even though the hotel overall looks pretty beat up, I was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
