My overall experience over the 5 nights was generally good. However I was not so encouraged by the check in experience and the attitude of the individual who checked me in that evening. That said, the front desk staff the following morning (I think called Crystal and Jennifer) were excellent, very courteous and helpful. The hotel location was also very good and ideal for my needs. The room I had for the last 4 nights was impressive, and exceeded my expectations.Show More
