They didn't save the valet reservation, because there was a sign outside saying valet was full. they directed me to a parking garage that had a closed entrance, then one around the back of the buildin...They didn't save the valet reservation, because there was a sign outside saying valet was full. they directed me to a parking garage that had a closed entrance, then one around the back of the building that was complex to get to. Smelled like a sewer outside. The room AC is movement/motion activated which they did not mention when i called before booking. They had to have an HVAC person unlock the thermostat because when she asked if i really wanted "it to be cool all night." It was almost 80 degrees in the room for an hour. And... we ran out of toilet paper and they never came with more so we had to use the bathroom 38 floors below our room. Trash on the elevator for 2 days. Went to leave parking garage and had to have the attendants come look at our itemized bill to see we had already paid for parking so we didnt have to pay an additional $67 it was trying to charge us at the exit. It was close to the venue. Room service took over an hour the first night and and hour the second night. It is severely overpriced and they charge you all of it upon check in. Will not be going back. It was such a mess!!!Show More

Watch out! This hotel scams its guests! This hotel's inhouse restaurant, Woven and Bound, forged my signature and charged $590 bogus charge to my room. I was not even present in the restaurant at ...Watch out! This hotel scams its guests! This hotel's inhouse restaurant, Woven and Bound, forged my signature and charged $590 bogus charge to my room. I was not even present in the restaurant at 6 pm on Oct 15, when the charge was allegedly made. The restaurant receipt has a signature, my room number and my name. But, the receipt does not have my signature. Since I ate at the restaurant earlier that morning on Oct 15, the restaurant staff knew my room number and my name. Anyone working at the restaurant could have forged my signature and submitted the charge. I reported this incident to my credit card company. Watch out! This hotel systematically scams its guests! I hope this is not how other Marriott hotels operate.Show More

We had breakfast and the service was awful, the buffet food was not good either. We stayed there to have a convenient place for a concert at Solider Field, it’s an easy 15 min walk. When we arrived back from a concert late evening, there was nowhere open to get soda or snacks (grab and go fridges were all roped off) - so make sure to load up before you go! Plus, lines for check in were really long. Room was fine / average, but the bed was comfortable and shower decent.Show More
