I stayed here for a conference at another site in Olympic Park (the conference organizers booked it). Arriving early morning from the US, I was not surprised that a room wasn't ready. Arriving early morning from the US, I was not surprised that a room wasn't ready. The guy at the desk took my phone number and said he'd call when it was ready. Never did. I walked around for quite some time and was sitting in the lobby when I noticed a lot of other guests checking in, so I went to the front desk and, oh, my room was ready. The room itself was mostly clean, with some hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was ample but very crowded and they kept the door to the balcony open a lot, which made it pretty chilly inside.Show More
