Great location! Linked to Chidlom BTS, through a link way in the mall. Nice elite upgrade to a junior suite - though technically it was just a slightly bigger corner room. Nice elite upgrade to a junior suite - though technically it was just a slightly bigger corner room. But the large windows along 2 walls, allowed plenty of natural light into the room, making the room feel more spacious than what it actually was. Breakfast was great at the cafe, and I enjoyed having ice cream with my waffles! The Club Lounge was a wonderful to be in the evenings - the selection of food was impressive, in terms of variety as well as quality. Service was warm and attentive, especially Khun Feya who was kind and patient. Two minor lapses to note: 1) on arrival, I unloaded my luggage from the car myself and walked to the check-in counter, and the whole time, there wasn’t a single porter or doorman in sight; and 2) I requested for a luggage rack and they didn’t have one, instead they sent a bench to my room - shouldn’t a hotel have spare luggage racks? Overall, a memorable stay, and I look forward to my next stay here!Show More

As usual the hotel was just wonderful, the lounge was very well handled by Khun Moss and her able staff . Chef Eaim and his kitchen team was just wonderful with his awesome food at all times .The Indian chef Naveen turned out some really good food at breakfast . We were really pampered at this hotel as there was just everything we wanted here . Khun Remi was superb and ever available as the F&B manager .The overall food quality is fantastic under his supervision. Khun Fon was awesome and nothing missed her eye, she also took care of the hotel guests really well . Mang lee was a wonderful housekeeper and kept the room very well . Real surprise this time was their Director operations , George Cossey , he was new but really good and extremely forthcoming with all the help to make the stay simply wonderful. All in all a great experience and just waiting to get back there to the hotel with probably one of the best locations in Bangkok .Show More

I was not told by the staff that the best drag show is located in the hotel, and petty about it, cause it probably was a nice attraction, and I think that as hotel guest you should be able to join the show in less minimum offer (5k baht) , and do it for hotel guest as per number of guest (as I was solo traveller , it doesn't make sense to pay 5k per the entire table)Show More

We found this hotel very good in all aspects. The rooms were spacious, clean with all the amenities. They provided complimentary two items for washing which came in very handy. The staff were very helpful at the check in , lounge and concierge. They truly understood the word service and lived to it. The breakfast had good choice and so did the happy hour. Due to a specific allergy the lounge staff went out of their way to provide allergen free food. Everyone made our stay most memorable . However, special mention goes to Chef Eiam , kitchen team , Anda and Nam .Show More
