But hot water in the shower was bad. It was very hot so I had to slowly turn to cold water direction & suddenly it was cold, not possible to have a nice warm just right temperature. Had to cancel my hair wash plan & just got out quickly before getting scorched with too hot water or suffering from cold shower. It's a pity as almost everything else was pretty nice. The hot water problem unfortunately was critical enough that it made me reluctant to recommend close families with elders & kids to stay here. But I will still recommend to adult friends. The butlers & the man who helped with luggage & doors were all very friendly and helpful too.Show More
