When we arrived, the place had bugs - I asked them to clean it when we arrived. We were gone for the day - that did not happen. When we woke up that morning our food was covered with bugs, ants and ro...When we arrived, the place had bugs - I asked them to clean it when we arrived. We were gone for the day - that did not happen. When we woke up that morning our food was covered with bugs, ants and roaches literally crawling all over our food. And then some of the ants got into my kids clothes. I went to the front again and asked, them to clean it up telling them how the bugs got into our dinner from last night but we have no where to put the trash bc they have no dumpster or trash can outside. The guy at the front stated they would clean everything up and if they were unable to they can switch me rooms. I advised him at the time we were thinking of just leaving - he asked for us to allow them time to clean it up. So I said I would. We came back several hours later, went to the room and there were more bugs on the table, the food was still there. So we just asked to check out. When I asked for a receipt she said she couldn't give me one because I didn't pay them. I could only get a business card with the managers name I wrote on there. And this was after stating I was able to get a receipt showing I checked in, why I can't get one showing I checked out? IDK But I will not stay here again. Even if the bug situation didn't happen the customer service I received was worse, highly disappointed. And I understand you're a motel, however, I have stayed at Motel 6 before and they were definitely a lot cleaner. Show More

It was disgusting, now I see why it’s such a cheap price.. had no USB CHARGER OUTLETS, the shower was gross, barley to minimal water pressure and paint chipping off the tub itself , the tub was dirty ...It was disgusting, now I see why it’s such a cheap price.. had no USB CHARGER OUTLETS, the shower was gross, barley to minimal water pressure and paint chipping off the tub itself , the tub was dirty when we first arrived to the room, the ac broke during the 2nd day their but no one came to look or intend the situation and acted confused Everytime I called and if someone picked up or didn’t leave me on hold for more than 15 minutes , no one ever replaced the towels while we were gone or no matter how many times I called front desk. The room had a funky Oder to it that we could not get rid of completely, and the blow drying didn’t work either. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever gone through while trying to escape from the work in an hotel setting when in reality my stay here did everything but give me any type of peace or relaxation.Show More

But the pool was not available, it was chained shut, looked like it has been chained for sometime. The area looked in disarray with large tree branches in the pool area. The room had a odd smell, and just had that dirty look to it, the restroom looked as it had been repaired by someone looking to save money, the toilet barely flushed and I have my doubts it would have sent a #2 down. I'm surprised that Wyndham allows it's name to be associated with this place.Show More
