The hotel is well located with easy access to the Skytrain...A warm welcome on arrival, attentive and delightful staff, and a special shout-out to Benz, concierge who looked after everything constantly. The hotel is well located with easy access to the Skytrain service to get around the city (the traffic is dreadful and taxis should be avoided if possible). Well maintained general areas with great facilities. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was excellent and well lit. Room cleanliness was spotless and serviced perfectly. The room rate is reasonable and good value. The mini-bar was stocked with non-alcoholic drinks, and although not complimentary, they were cheap as chips (eg 40 Bahts for a can of coke, so less than £1). Plug sockets placed sensibly with USB A and USB C sockets. The only negative was that the air-conditioning was either on or off, it seems, as the thermostat did not seem to have any effect, meaning that it had to be off at night - as to was quite noisy. Comfortable bed, walk-in shower and separate bath. The hotel had a pleasant bar, nothing special but nice. Good cocktails and excellent mocktails too. Restaurant service and food quality was good. Overall, this hotel ticked all the boxes, I cannot really fault it. But above all the lovely friendly, helpful staff are an example of how staff should be in a hotel!Show More

Supremely well located for shopping at the nearby Siam Paragon and MBK and right next door to Ratchatewi BTS station. Attention to detail is everything at VIE Hotel and the hotel offers everything you'd expect from a 5 star city centre hotel, spacious suites, a large gym and rooftop pool not to mention the excellent spa. The breakfast is without doubt the best offering I've seen at a hotel anywhere and the afternoon tea offered up in the lobby area in the late afternoon is superb. And that's not to mention the excellent 'Signature Restaurant' which holds a Michelin Star under chef Thierry Drapeau. But it's the staff that make VIE stand out, friendly and super helpful. A special thanks to Concierge Manager Khun Boom and General Manger Khun Milan for their great hospitality during my fifth stay at VIE!Show More

From the moment we arrived, the service was truly magnificent. Every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with every small request. A special and huge thank you must go to Ohamy at the reception desk. Ohamy's assistance was outstanding, including arranging a room upgrade and kindly approving a late check-out. They were truly instrumental in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely superb with an excellent variety and high-quality options. The rooms were impeccable – beautifully maintained and spotless, offering a truly comfortable and relaxing retreat. The hotel is in a great location just 50m from BTS Ratchatewi. It's clean and tastefully done up. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Special mention to 2P who helped me with the check in and arrangement. Very attentive and helpful. Also, Jinny from the reception too. Equally helpful and courteous. In the Piano Bar, the outlet manager Nico was also very helpful and made my stay so enjoyable. The staff at Piano Bar and the restaurant on the 11th floor were very good too. I highly recommend this Vie Hotel and will be back when I travel to Bangkok again. Vie Hotel should feel very proud to have these staff in their hotel! Keep it up, all working in the hotel industry should learn from these staff!Show More
