We only sat with her each morning! Everyone at the front desk were great in their service too!! The room was perfect with a great view of the pool and the lake. Here for a conference, the lunch served each day was delicious, from the brisket to the "Taco Tuesday". Our group also stayed for the happy hour and we ordered the crab croquets and the rib eye which was cooked to perfection. Keeley was our fantastic waitress. The location is also excellent to Congress Street, 6th Street, Airport and for walking around town. Overall, I'll give a 10 out of 10, exceptional property.Show More

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with incredible hospitality! Lilly at the check-in desk was an absolute delight — warm, hilarious, and super helpful! Not only did she give us amazing restaurant and coffee shop recommendations (plus a few honest “places to avoid”), but she even had visual aids ready to help us pick the perfect room after a little booking mix-up on our end. We spent over ten minutes laughing and chatting with her like we’d known her for years. Our trip had just begun, but Lilly completely set the tone for a fabulous weekend in Austin. As a Titanium member you can tell when there is a difference between the levels of service within the Marriott Brand. Mike at the front desk is very approachable, nice and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. These days it’s hard to find such good customer service and he for sure is a great part of the Marriott team and very helpful and knowledgeable. One example is the employee named Prime who works in the 1M lounge and is very friendly and customer service oriented.
