While this property is a great value for its price point, especially in a premium market like Austin. Its management and their aggressive responses to simple questions and threatening responses destro...While this property is a great value for its price point, especially in a premium market like Austin. Its management and their aggressive responses to simple questions and threatening responses destroy any value the property may offer. While staying for one night, I requested to use a shower filter due to my eczema, which no other property has ever had an issue with, before this World of Hyatt in downtown Austin. This issue was only escalated by the manager's continued stating that I'd be responsible for any damages, despite denying my request, and his aggressive and threatening statements to take adverse actions against my World of Hyatt account. Due to this, I chose to book alternate accommodations for the night, despite already having paid for this property, and proactively contacted my Globalist Ambassador at World of Hyatt. I'm unsure if this was a simple one-of situation or evidence of a much more serious management issue.Show More
