The bartender seemed like a sophomore—hardly legal to serve alcohol. Guests should never feel like they are at risk of being trespassed while waiting to sort payment. My bank had trouble transferring a large check, and luckily, I was protected and able to leave for a much nicer, welcoming hotel. The staff showed racial bias even toward Black men, while the entire team is Latina.Show More

My family only stayed one night. Our shampoo, soap, and conditioner dispenser was empty. We tried to order a few beers in the evening at the lounge, but they did not have any chilled. They must not serve many people because we stood there for a good 10 min's before anyone greeted us. The elevators are small and you may have to wait awhile to get one empty enough for your family to fit together. Hopefully this was just an off experience. I had never stayed at this location before. I will say that their breakfast buffet is really good.Show More

The location was downtown in the heart of Austin. Parking is very difficult and needed to use the valet service which was very expensive per day ($50) plus tip.
