First off, the building itself is stunning. From the moment we arrived, every interaction—from the parking staff to the front desk to the bartenders—was warm, friendly, and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary drink coupon, and when we went to redeem it, they also had refreshments set up in the bar. Our room was ready within minutes, spacious, and offered a beautiful view on the Club Level. The Club Level “Happy Hour” was fantastic—the food and snacks were spot on, and the complimentary drinks were made to perfection. We also received a lovely amenity; the bottle of wine and the cheese and charcuterie board were beautifully presented. Breakfast the next morning was excellent as well, and our daughter loved the mattress she slept on! The text messages from the staff throughout our stay were so helpful—you can really tell they care. The entire team went above and beyond, and I will absolutely be recommending Omni to my clients, family, and friends. I genuinely can’t wait to return!Show More

Had to wait ti be seated in the resturant (even when its empty!!!) No hot water in shower, and water barely come out. Air conditioner doesn't hest. Terrible, horrible, disaster experience. Shared the reception, they couldn't care less. Very sorry that I booked this one.Show More
