The Best Western Airport Inn & Suites in Charleston, SC, turned out to be the perfect refuge and far exceeded my modest expectations. From the moment I walked through the door around midnight, the staff was fantastic. The woman at the front desk (whose name I wish I'd caught!) was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She could clearly see how tired I was and processed my check-in in under two minutes, all with a warm, genuine smile that instantly put me at ease. It was the kind of compassionate service that really makes a difference after a long day on the road. The room itself was immaculate. It was spacious, quiet, and had a fresh, clean feel. The bed was a dream—plenty of pillows and a mattress that felt like a cloud. I slept better than I have in weeks. The amenities were all exactly what I needed: the Wi-Fi was fast, the AC was cold, and the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure. If you're ever in the Charleston area, especially after a long journey, do yourself a favor and stay here. The combination of wonderful staff and a comfortable, pristine room made a stressful travel day end on a perfect note. I can't recommend this hotel enough!Show More
