We have stayed here a few times and have been very happy. This time our stay was for our 35th wedding anniversary while visiting Charleston from Myrtle Beach. I have health issues and because of that ...We have stayed here a few times and have been very happy. This time our stay was for our 35th wedding anniversary while visiting Charleston from Myrtle Beach. I have health issues and because of that I am limited to my traveling capacity, but we wanted to do something for our special occasion. We had tickets for a show right next door. The best part of our stay was a very kind employee named Trinity!! She absolutely made us feel so special every time we spoke with her about ANYTHING! She is one of the kindest and sweetest people we have met in a very long time. She made our stay 100 times better! Our only complaint was every single soda vending machine in the entire hotel was broken or empty! We wish we would have known that prior so we could have purchased drinks somewhere while we were out to have in our room. We did have waters from Trinity but one of my medications I have to take of my 36 requires a carbonated drink to take. Trinity was so kind and so understanding of my situation and gave me a can of Sprite. She was an absolute life saver and saved me from having to go find a minimart open at that time of night to be able to take my medication.
