This hotel is an excellent choice for travellers who want comfort, convenience and warm, attentive service while exploring the city. The hotel’s location is hard to beat. It sits within easy walking distance of Florence’s major attractions — think the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria. Being so centrally placed made sightseeing effortless: we could return to the hotel for a short rest between museum visits, or pop out for a leisurely evening stroll without needing public transport. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The bed offered a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring, and the room layout made efficient use of space. The breakfast was a highlight, not just for the range of options but primarily for the outstanding service. Oshini looked after us during both mornings and her attention to detail made the experience special. She was consistently courteous and friendly, proactively offering recommendations and ensuring everything was topped up and presented neatly. Small gestures — clearing plates discreetly and always greeting guests warmly — gave the buffet a personalised, attentive feel. Oshini’s professionalism and genuine warmth are the kind of service that turns a good stay into a memorable one. My two-night stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori was thoroughly enjoyable. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato pronto ad accoglierci il receptionist Igor, per il quale spendo una menzione speciale, vista la sua professionalità. L’hotel ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Camera spaziosa e bagno grande con tutti i prodotti necessari. Bellissimo il televisore dal quale abbiamo visto una partita dell’Italia. Colazione ottima e variegata con prodotti freschi e appena cotti. Consiglio vivamente di visitare la Basilica di Santa Maria Novella; la Cattedrale e tutto il suo complesso con la bellissima Torre; l’imponente Galleria degli Uffizi; e di assaggiare il picio toscano, specialità di questa regione.Show More

Ho partecipato alla maratona di Firenze, l’hotel ha messo a disposizione dei suoi ospiti, anche dopo il check out, quattro stanze dedicate unicamente alle necessità post gara degli atleti; doccia, cambio, comfort. Già basterebbe questo. Pulizia esemplare, comodità massima. Una colazione da favola non solo per quantità ma, soprattutto, per qualità. E non è scontato. Una menzione specialissima per Angelica, conosciuta nella breakfast room, che ci è direttamente entrata nel cuore per il suo sorriso e la sua professionalità cortesissima e assolutamente rara.
