L’hôtel est superbe, parfaitement situé pour découvrir Florence à pied et tout proche de la gare. Son jardin, véritable petit refuge de verdure, permet de s’évader un instant de l’agitation de la ville — un vrai plus ! La piscine est davantage un petit bassin avec jets, semi-extérieur et semi-couvert, mais elle reste très agréable pour se détendre. Les chambres sont extrêmement confortables et le service est irréprochable : professionnalisme, gentillesse et attention de tout le personnel du début à la fin. Mention spéciale pour la pâtisserie et le thé offert de 16h à 17h, un moment très appréciable après une journée de visites. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour le prix, même s’il pourrait gagner en variété : viennoiseries assez classiques, jus non naturels et choix de fromages un peu limité. Dans l’ensemble, un hôtel de belle classe, au rapport qualité/prix vraiment excellent, que nous recommandons chaleureusement pour un séjour à Florence.Show More

The spa was disappointing. It opens only after 2 p.m. and is small. The gym is even smaller and sits inside the spa, making it hot and humid. Children were playing in the spa, which made it noisy. I understand the needs of families, but this setting does not suit guests seeking a quiet space. Breakfast was average. Dinner was poor. The pasta was overcooked and the sauce bland. The salad tasted like it came straight from a bag. The strongest negative was the heavy scent in the lobby and hallways. It smelled of mixed cleaning products and air freshener. The odor was overwhelming and constant. Stay for the garden and the clean rooms, but avoid if you expect a relaxing spa or good food.Show More

There are so many discrete touches that make this hotel so special. The spa is a huge bonus and the pool such a welcome addition at the end of a busy day walking the city. The garden is a green oasis of calm where yoga classes are available every morning ( except Mondays). If I go back to Florence, I would definitely go back there! I highly recommend the hotel, it really feels quietly luxurious! PS: We enjoyed a free late checkout as our flight was in the evening and we got this free of charge! 5 stars! 🌟Show More
