The hotel is located less than one block from the Duomo, an 11 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, 6 minute walk to Piazza della Repubblica, and a 13 minute walk to Piazza de Santa Croce for their Christmas Market. My partner and I walked everywhere, except when going to the Pitti Palace when we took a taxi to make sure we did not get too tired. The room size was perfect for my partner and I. The room had a mini fridge that was refilled everyday with complimentary water (2 bottles natural and 2 bottles sparkling), beer, sodas and natural juices. We were greeted with a complimentary full bottle of Chianti upon arrival, as well as snacks. We also received a coupon for 2 free drinks at the bar, along with a buffet of delicious appetizers. The breakfast was SOOOOO good. There was a side selection of pastries, bread, baked goods, fruits, juices, coffee, and gluten free products. The staff at the hotel was wonderful. They helped us get a taxi at 6:45AM in order for us to get to the airport. I will be coming back to this hotel next time I am in Florence.Show More

The breakfast buffet is easily one of the best we’ve had, and I especially loved that on our last days we could order breakfast directly to the room…such a thoughtful touch. The rooms themselves are incredibly relaxing, beautifully designed, and the complimentary minibar was a lovely surprise. I also loved the shampoo products they offered. What really stands out is how much they do to please their guests while still allowing you to feel a sense of privacy and room to breathe. Their breakfast buffet is plentiful and filled with beautiful cakes and pastries. Overall it was a very comfortable stay (they also have a cozy bar area) with helpful, friendly staff and a great location in the heart of Florence. They even helped me get dinner reservations at our favorite local restaurant in advance of our trip. Would definitely stay there again.Show More
