Die Aufteilung der Apartments auf dem Grundstück ist perfekt und die Apartments sind groß und sehr schön ausgestattet. Das Bad ist mit Toilette und Dusche getrennt, ausreichend groß und auch top ausgestattet. Alles war super sauber, in der Küche fanden wir sogar Kaffeepulver vor. Vielen Dank dafür! In der Bar haben wir lecker gefrühstückt, den Preis fanden wir für ein Hotel für die Qualität und Menge in Ordnung (50$ für zwei große Portionen Rührei mit drei Kartoffelröstis, zwei Toastbroten, Butter und Marmelade sowie zwei große Kaffee). Den Pool haben wir aus Zeitgründen genutzt. Der kostenlose Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist perfekt, zum Strip bis ca 20 bis 25 Minuten Fußweg. Das MDM Hotel ist 5 Minuten entfernt, dort kann man übrigens super in der Pizzeria (im Untergeschoss) essen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder herkommen, unsere absolute Empfehlung für Las Vegas, wenn man nicht mitten im Trubel wohnen möchte.Show More

Not impressed, chose this resort due to good reviews and near strip. We arrived late Friday evening, checked in then had to go over to get welcome pack. We arrived late Friday evening, checked in then had to go over to get welcome pack. The lady was very pushy trying to sell shows and dinners. When we said we weren’t interested she said why not you are in vegas. We know full well where we were. She was so pushy and wanted an answer and made us feel like we shouldn’t be there. Not a good start. We were on floor 2, but was actually 1st floor. Could hear every movement upstairs including bath being ran. Balcony looked over the back of the lift. On the Sunday I did some laundry. The machines said $2.50 each, it took $8 off my card each. I questioned the next morning about this at reception and was told it was a hold. Not a problem but 2 weeks later no hold has been lifted. Can’t contact the hotel as I can’t find an email address. We live in the UK so calling is not an option. They don’t make it easy to contact them.Show More

Considering all of the exorbitant prices being charged by the main hotels on the strip, the Desert Rose was a breath of fresh air with very reasonable pricing. The resort is literally next door to where the new baseball stadium will be built so we'll see how long it lasts Pros - no resort fees and free parking - rooms are in good shape and quite big with a full kitchen - good size pool and hot tub with some other nice amenities like fire pits and bbq's Cons - some of the hallways were a bit worn and dirty - not great soundproofing if loud guests were walking outside - housekeeping is not really an option While the property is more geared towards families, I enjoyed my stay there and indeed there were a number of other conference attendees staying there as well.Show More
