Our experience was mixed. Being a downtown location, parking is scarce. Self parking is in a garage about a block or two away. The walk is almost 10 minutes, and not well lit. The walk is almost 10 minutes, and not well lit. Not something I would do again. Directions to the garage would have been easier if the front desk would provide a map. The bellman only appeared once we had already loaded our luggage onto a cart. The sole employee at the front desk was hiding behind a computer screen ( on her phone) when I arrived and was not eager to help me check in. Our room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was showing its age with what appeared to be water damage on the door. Breakfast was a pleasant experience with friendly staff and hot buffet offerings.Show More

This hotel was disappointment. 1. Parking: two choices to pay for parking. Self parking across the street in a Mall for $12, or Valet for 21. I chose Valet...it was contracted to a private compa...This hotel was disappointment. 1. Parking: two choices to pay for parking. Self parking across the street in a Mall for $12, or Valet for 21. I chose Valet...it was contracted to a private company where I paid via link and earned NO honors points. I did not want to park my care where I felt unsafe. 2. I stayed there for the pool. I went to the pool around 5:00PM and it was closed for cleaning! Why do you clean the pool during peak hours...and not when the pool is closed? I was inconveniencing. 3. The QR codes in the rooms to get to menus do not work. No room service, you have to pay at the restaurant and get your food yourself. 4. I could not charge my food to my room, and had to use my credit card...again...missing out on $$ for points. 5. My room was beautiful, omelet was great, and the employees were wonderful...however, I think they were tired of saying "I'm Sorry" to all the stuff that did not work. The restaurant has been complaining to management for months about lack of services, and It it apparent management has deaf ears. Not sure if I will return.Show More
