The staff were so kind and accommodating. I had a bad situation happen to me while traveling and one of the girls at the front desk truly went above and beyond to help me. Tayra and Heloisa especially were amazing and seemed like they really cared. The views are spectacular, the rooms are clean and thoughtfully laid out, and there was a very nice omelette bar as part of the complementary breakfast. I will definitely be back next time I am in New Orleans!Show More

Our room was on the 17th (top floor) and we had the most amazing view of the city. Heloisa at the front desk was the BEST! She was friendly, helpful and so accommodating. She made our visit extra special by remembering my birthday 2 days after we checked in.Show More
