She's very, very nice and the reason I booked the second time. Mostly all the people at the desk were very friendly except for the female who works the desk at night. The trolley, it's literally right outside the front of the building. No restaurant, but there is a coffee shop. They also have a place you can wash your clothes for six dollars on the 2nd floor. And there's a microwave inside!Show More
