I like the location away from the stripe. I took my daughter and granddaughter this time to help me do some business. When checking in, I was offered a Petite Suite 2 queen bed w/sofa bed for $40 a night. This to my understanding is the only way you can have a refrig in your room, plus a coffee pot. So since my granddaughter is 13 I thought why not have our own beds and plenty of room. I took the offer. Check in was fast and easy. When we got to our room we started to settle in. I first notice no extra pillows for the sofa bed and then went to pull the bed out- Well, no bed just a couch, (a very dirty couch, under the cushion had not been vacuumed in a very long time. I called to complain and they said not all petite suites come with a sofa bed. So they asked me to pack up and that they would send new keys and bell person up to change me out-okay??? When we looked at that sofa bed, it was also pretty nasty as well, my granddaughter said please don't make me sleep there-We also notice the table lamp areas were very dusty in that location. as if that attire corner of the couch area has not been cleaned or vacuumed for a long time. Okay, well avoid that area! Later that evening we had to take showers and the shower curtain was all saggy and half the snaps were broken off. It was pretty bad. How can housekeeping not notice this mess, do they not take that part off to wash..or for that fact the attire curtain..yuck, they are made to be washed at least the lining. Oh and the water pressure omg so low, it was the type of shower head, wow, you could barely rinse your hair. The bath towels were nice and soft but didn't allow your hair to dry to well. but very soft. On to the toilet area...vent was so loaded with dust, and the doors were nasty with dirty prints. Yes we could have complain AGAIN but all they care about is that they can change your room...I was there for business, some pleasure did not want to pack up again. The wifi goes off and on, you are always signing back in. The vendor machine was out of water on the floor. I have stayed here a handful of times, never had issues with staying, maybe it had to do with a petite suites?? You would think you would have a better room on a upgrade. The refrig is very small, hard to stock for three night stay. The trash is also very very small with no extra trash bag, so our trash was piling up fast, we had to ask for a trash bag. extra toilet paper and extra towels as they only put two sets in room that had 3 people for 3 nights. They will service you room everyday, but no I don't want people in my room while away from the hotel. The cafe people were very kind and very friendly. Starbucks, was okay, a bit sloppy. Middle bar very friendly people, fun....the bar close to the room, very rude you could tell that he favored the men more. Valet very very friendly, and fast. Tiny tiny gift store now as they are putting in a new place to eat, bar. Will I be back, will my offers always coming to me for free room....not sure, afraid they are going down hill fast, rooms anyway, maybe keeping up with their sister Boulder Station. Very Sad...I would love to be credited back the amount I paid for this room but I know they won't even care to offer. PS-I spend hundreds in their game room, restaurants.Show More
