We also loved how spacious the room was which gave us the ability to feel more comfortable. Also cleaning was excellent and consistent. Hotel offered daily coffee, tea, water in the morning. They also offered e-bikes free for 2 hours which we used to explore Miami. People were always there to say greet you and help you with anything you needed. Also they offered free sunbeds on the beach where we could enjoy the sun and the beach.Show More

Well thanks much! The 'Valet Service' parking is outrageous. The hotel charges $45 per day to park your car although self-parking is totally doable. They promised 2-5 minutes maximum to retrieve the car, I waited 25 minutes, was late for a date dinner.. thanks much! By the way, public parking is around the corner for $20 / day. I asked the front desk at check-in if there are any alternative parking options and she said 'No'. Lied to my face.. I took the first day but then I found the public parking right there around the corner.. impossible for them not to know. Big big rip-off... totally disappointed.Show More
