We were immediately welcomed with complimentary self-serve hot drinks, and the team kindly accommodated an early...From the moment we walked through the doors, the service at this hotel was exceptional. We were immediately welcomed with complimentary self-serve hot drinks, and the team kindly accommodated an early check-in. Our room was comfortable, and well prepared. The hotel offers a free shuttle service around the local area from Thursday to Monday, 10am–6pm, which was incredibly convenient and run impeccably. There is also a designated beach area (around a 20-minute walk from the hotel or easily reached via the shuttle), where guests are provided with towels and beach loungers. Special recognition must go to Steven and Denise. Steven was always on hand with a friendly smile, happy to help and offer great local recommendations whenever we were heading out or returning. Denise, our shuttle driver, truly went above and beyond—she took the time to point out places of interest, explain the local area, and even helped us track down a specific product we were searching for. A huge thank you to Steven, Denise, and the entire Palomar team for such a wonderful stay. We will absolutely be returning without hesitation.Show More

Great hotel set back from the beach area but great for just a short walk to Lincoln Road Mall. The hotel offers a buggy service that will take you anywhere in South Beach on Thursday to Monday if you don’t feel like walking, complimentary coffee and tea in the morning and a social hour between 4-5 daily with wine and sangria. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Gabriel and Daniella. Lovely rooftop pool area with great service and food and drinks available from dawn til dusk. We had an atrium view room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Due to the room location there was only minimal natural light. There is a small patio area. Mini bar prices in the room typical of anywhere in the States. There is a Walgreens within 5 minute walk where you can buy soft drink and alcohol much cheaper. Thank you to all the staff.Show More

Whether you’re arriving for the first time or returning like I often do, Jose always greets you with a warm smile and an energy that instantly makes you feel welcome. He always offers a bottle of water, shares helpful information about the hotel’s amenities, and makes sure every guest feels taken care of from the moment they step onto the property. When I return, he consistently goes above and beyond, he’s the staff member who will carry your bags out to your car or Uber without hesitation, just to make your stay that much easier. Jose’s uplifting personality and genuine hospitality always sets the tone for the entire experience. He’s a true asset to the Kimpton Palomar South Beach family and absolutely one of the reasons I continue returning.
