It is obvious this individual cares about guests at this beautiful beach atmospheric location ideally located on Los Olas Blvd. Miss Philippa, and select other members of that staff in that specific hotel location truly do care. Location is ideally situated, it was such a great staff and team you can have confidence to book and be reassured that you know exactly what you’re getting. Thank you especially to MISS PHILLIPA. Her true dedication and loyalty to excellence and integrity in her position represents the true brand of luxury hotels properly. This is an individual that goes above and beyond ensuring that the vacation was such a pleasurable experience from start to finish - even before check in. I highly recommend this hotel and dealing directly with Miss Philippa, as she is an absolute sweet, good person, nice individual and somebody who honest they should be at the upper echelon of manage her customer relations for the entire chain. Sadly, management is unresponsive when I attempted to address an issue. I typically spend about 100 nights at Marriott hotels each year, by choice because of their service, so being a member of Marriott is important to me, and this management team showed me how much they can care less what status you may have. I read similar reviews but I ignored it, dismissing it as potential one-off’s. I emailed Marriott corporate, who promised to engage the property and have them address my concern. The property did not care and did not respond to Marriott HQ either. This experience has been terrible and it seems like the property manager doesn’t care. So, if you have an issue, good luck getting it resolved. I’m just one of many comments explaining the non-responsiveness of the management at this Marriott. Onto the positives. The hotel is in a great location and has a fun atmosphere inside. The rooms are a bit dated, but they are comfortable and the bathrooms are good. The hotel was clean, and although it’s a busy hotel, it is not noisy. The restaurant located on the hotel property is really the star of the whole stay! Dog friendly as well, which is a huge plus for us!Show More

I came from out of town to celebrate my birthday, and the team here went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. It started with David at check-in. So warm, friendly, and welcoming. He made sure we had the best room with incredible views. Then Phillipa and team surprised me with a handwritten birthday card slipped under my door. Such a thoughtful and personal touch. Jonathan followed up with a bright smile and birthday treats delivered right to my room, which made me feel so special. And I can’t forget Eduardo at the Spa. His hot stone massage was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to relax and unwind. From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. I’ll absolutely be coming back. This team turned a simple birthday getaway into something truly special. Highly recommend!Show More

There were only 2 elevators to use to get from the conference area to the outside seating for breakfast/lunch, but the hotel employees did their best to accommodate us. ...The hotel venue was very good. My room was not ready when I arrived at 3pm. At 5pm I was still not contacted. I had a Westin employee check and he eventually notified me that my room was ready. I want to recognize John Diaz at the front desk. He could tell that I was upset as I had a cocktail party to attend at 5:30pm and had little time to get ready. He provided me an honest answer why my room availability was delayed. He also provided me a $75.00 Westin property credit for my inconvenience. This truly made all the difference for the inconvenience. He was very professional, personable, and apologized. As a customer, you cannot ask for too much more.Show More
