I love being close to the beach and having a balcony at the room with ocean views. Front desk (Eva, Andrej, and the pretty African American young lady--I meant to get her name before we left--and both Concierge staff were pleasant, friendly, easy to approach, and absolutely ready to assist, providing thorough responses to questions. The room and stay were fabulous for post-cruise relaxation and reflection moments. Wished we would've booked a longer stay to experience all of the hotel's and beach amenities, and experience the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. There were two mishaps during lunch (mentioned below), but they were not enough to deter future stays at this hotel. A couple different peop...This hotel was a perfect oasis for breaks between shopping and sightseeing. Marcia at the front desk was amazing. The night we checked in it was busy and she was on her own. A couple different people in front of us had messed up their reservations and although it was busy she was so patient, so kind even while some people were stressed out as a result of their own poor planning. By the time we got to her she had resolved multiple issues (not of her making) and greeted us with a smile and a cheery greeting. I would have been frazzled; she was not. She was the first experience at the Ocean Sky which just led to more and more positive experiences. We enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed our room. This was our first time here at the Ocean Sky but it will not be our last. Marcia is just one reason this hotel will continue to get our business in the future.Show More
