Here’s our honest review: We were really impressed with the check-in staff who were genuinely friendly and welcoming. One of the best features was the courtesy bus service - they picked us up from the airport when we arrived and took us back when we left. This was convenient and saved us money on taxis. The breakfast was very good, much better than we expected for a hotel breakfast. Good variety and everything was fresh. The location is perfect if you’re flying in and out of Vegas and need somewhere close to the airport but not right under the flight path with all the noise. Our room was very good with a really comfortable bed. We both slept well, which is always important when traveling. Everything was clean. Here’s where they could really improve though: they should offer a courtesy bus service to the Gillespie Street car rental area. The airport shuttle is great, but many travelers like us don’t need to go straight back to the airport the next morning - we needed to pick up our rental car instead. We had to carry heavy luggage more because this to get to the rental car facility, which was the only real inconvenience during our stay. This would have been a full 5-star experience if they had provided that rental car shuttle service. It seems like such an obvious need for travelers who fly in but then want to drive and head out to other destinations. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other couples, especially if they add that rental car transportation option. For location, it’s a solid choice when you need to be near the airport.Show More

From departing the plane and finding outrageous pricing on basics such as water at every stop, it was time to return home. I returned my rental car and called the hotel listed as close to the airport and having a shuttle. I was able to reserve for the same night without issue. I was pleasantly surprised from the kindness and helpfulness the staff. When I arrived, it was with true appreciation for the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, not a slot machine in sight! The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff, from shuttle driver, to desk clerk, and housekeeping were all pleasant. The provided breakfast was substantial. All this was available for a reasonable price, good value for a peaceful rest before my final travel day.Show More
