The location is 15-20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to explore in LV. There was a sign at the front desk when we checked in notifying us of random fire department drills and there was a notice inside the unit asking us to keep our windows closed and blinds drawn due to routine window washing. When I inquired and suggested that we should have been notified prior to the deadline to cancel the reservation, the staff responded immediately and politely, letting us know that our unit would not be affected during our stay. I appreciated the quick reassurance. There is a nice, bright gym, but no free weights. Hot tub was broken down upon arrival on our first night, which bummed us out after 7 hours of driving, however, they had it fixed by the following night. The heated pool was fantastic with the waterfalls and it was clean. We went to the lobby in the morning and were told the coffee was gone. Not sure why they wouldn't make more, it was still morning. This property would really shine with just a few improvements. Friendly staff, but everything is bare bones and the unit was not very clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of good pillows, but our bedroom window was on the parking lot so it was noisy if you wanted the window open. We enjoyed the upstairs patio, morning sun, but very cheap plastic chairs. Again, just a few upgrades and touches would make big improvements to this property. Show More

We are traveling around North America in our ca...Was able to book a two bedroom condo two days before we wanted to go. We are RCI members but all booked up in RCI. I was glad that i tried tripAdvisor. We are traveling around North America in our camper the past 6 months and was able to meet our son here for a few days. They couldn't accommodate our truck camper so we parked it at Red Rocks Canyon campground, cheaper than a storage facility! The condo was clean, spacious and easy to park. You have one space marked for your room and other spots if you have a second car. This was a very nice feature. We utilized the shuttle into Vegas one night, another convenience. The location is easy to drive anywhere you want to go. The pool was nice and warm not too warm. We ran out of dishwasher pods and coffee for the last day, they were slow getting them to us so if you need anything call ahead. Overall we liked our stay and would stay here again.Show More
