There are multiple people living 24/7 on the surrounding streets. Got followed by one ( was talking to me and crossed the street right behind me) and had to ask for help from a valet because I was scared. I come from Seattle so I’m used to seeing people on the streets but I’m not used to being followed and approached by them.Show More
