Myself and 25 others were meant to be staying at a Vrbo near the San Diego Convention Center for Twi...Truly cannot describe the experience we've had while staying at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. Myself and 25 others were meant to be staying at a Vrbo near the San Diego Convention Center for TwitchCon so we could all stay together. However, our Vrbo was deemed unsafe by the city, so we found ourselves stranded and stressed about where we would sleep for the night, let alone stay for the entirety of the weekend. Myself and our group were offered so much hospitality by the staff of Hard Rock, who let stay in the building while we called to try to find someplace to accommodate our large party. The staff at Hard Rock so generously gave us rooms so that all of us could enjoy our time at the convention and stay safe. I will truly never forget this experience. I've had positive experiences with Hard Rock growing up in Florida, but not quite like this. Please give Mickey, Aaron, Zoey, Nuvia, Jasmin, Drew, and Coach nothing but the best. They went above what they should have done for us, and they deserve the recognitionShow More

Hotel is just steps away from the convention center and a 15 minute ride from the airport. The rooms are modern and clean. The desk area was very small and difficult to work from a computer. The hotel has a bar/restaurant in the lobby. Many restaurants, bars, smoke lounges, clubs, shopping are within walking distance. The San Diego Zoo and Midway Ship Museum was a 10 minute Uber ride. All hotels in the area appeared nice. The neighborhood was clean and safe. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the location.Show More
