I was greeted at the Front Desk Mr Hussein ( hope I spelled it right) he was quick and efficient and maintained a conversati...Being local and after a long day of work chose this hotel for a staycation. I was greeted at the Front Desk Mr Hussein ( hope I spelled it right) he was quick and efficient and maintained a conversation throughout the whole check in process. Not only that I usually never ask for an upgrade of any sort because I also work in the hotel industry and know how guests can get upset of not getting their room type etc. But Hussein went above and beyond and upgraded me to a Suite R 1401 with a beautiful view, my husband and I enjoyed sitting in the dark just watching the city lights. Not only that but Hussein also mentioned breakfast to which I responded won’t even have time since waking up early to go to work . He mentioned he would request a breakfast box and have it ready for me at the Front Desk this is going above and beyond Hussein is a gem to have at the Front and made my experience that much special with his professionalism and helpfulness.
