My family and I had a bad experience in our first stay here, but the hotel management team was very kind and apologetic, and assured us the issues wouldn't happen again. Due to their kindness, we will be returning to stay there for Thanksgiving. The hotel's staff is nice (Dave is fantastic) and the hotel is operated well -- clean, good food, easy check-in -- and in a great location. We are optimistic about our upcoming trip! :)Show More

I was looking to get hot water and spent a lot of time on the water dispenser to figure out how I can get hot water to smooth my throat and then I realized none of those dispensers that are spread out on every floor is not dispensing hot water. Donna came to the rescue, stop her work, asked if I need help and not only she provided me with hot water but also couple tea bags when she realized the reason I need hot water. Great service.
