Everything is very clean and organized. The best part of this hotel though is the staff. Truly customer service orientated, friendly and they go out of their way to help make your stay comfortable. Kudos to the staff and management. The Liberty station location is an interesting one. On foot, not fully accessible, but there are some things nearby and buses within 10-15 min walk to get into downtown, old town or mission bay. The free shuttle to and from the airport came in handy and despite being so close to the airport, it wasn't too loud. It was much louder over by liberty market. San Diego was an absolute gem and this hotel was a convenient location with a nice kitchenette that made it easy to make meals in our suite. There's a Trader Joes within walking distance as well. We had a fabulous stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future. Show More

Our highlight was breakfast. Every morning the kitchen team brought a new and delicious dish for breakfast from chicken tinga to chorizo and eggs with a bar of pickled onions 2 different kinds of salsa, sour cream and cheese. Claudia, the breakfast staff was so kind and responsive to some of our requests. Our other favorite part of the stay was the location near the Espinade for a long morning walk and gave access to several restaurants and eateries. We will definitely be staying hear again!Show More

The two emploees at the front desk, Freddy and Sarabeth were so kind and helpful. They emphathized with our having to cancel the majority of our vacation, sent toys to our grandkids, plus made arrangements for us to have snacks for the kids when we left.
