When checking in, I was informed that a quad room was unavailable and that ...Upon our arrival, we discovered that the power had been out since approximately 2 PM and was not restored until around 7 PM. When checking in, I was informed that a quad room was unavailable and that my sons would need to sleep on an airbed. I expressed my concerns, as I had documentation confirming my booking, and indicated that I would need to file a complaint if one of my sons, who is 6 feet 7 inches tall, had to sleep on an airbed. We were then directed to a temporary overnight room with the understanding that we would move to a different room the following day if this one was not suitable for our three-day stay. That evening, Meredith kindly visited us, apologised for the room issues, and was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, and she assured me that everything would be resolved by the morning. She graciously waived the fee for onsite parking, and the next day, we were informed that we could remain in the same room, which was wonderful as we had been on a seven-day road trip, and this was our first stop where we would stay for a few days before continuing to Los Angeles. The hotel was clean, the rooms were lovely, and everyone was helpful and polite.
