We arrived at the hotel around 3pm. We used valet parking as that was the most convenient. I read on the reviews about people complaining about the price for valet parking! I read on the reviews about people complaining about the price for valet parking! All the hotels are the same basic price!! It’s no big deal. Check in was fast and we went straight to our rooms on the 12th floor. Rooms were reasonably modern , clean and had everything you need. Location of hotel is great as you are in walking distance of all the sights and bars etc within New Orleans. We are dinner twice and one breakfast in the hotel. I can assure you the food is great. We were so surprised and delighted as it tasted so good. Service is excellent also. The bar is small and ok, but not inviting. Better to drink in one of the bars outside hotel. Having suffered the terrible food in the Hilton La Cruse in New Mexico a few days earlier, I would recommend that this hotel contact La Cruse and teach them how to set up a restaurant and that it is possible to deliver great food at a reasonable price. Well done Hilton garden Inn, everything about our stay was great and I would highly recommend to my friends and family.Show More

Breakfast was chaos as Hilton guests with status had to order with their coupons with the poor overworked cook while everyone else used the kiosk. For 4 nights + parking, we paid almost $1200 + used 75,000 points. Plus not really in the French Quarter.Show More
