I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the level of service we received here deserves to be recognized.
From the moment planning began, the sales staff and management team, especially Amanda and Sophia, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure every one of our attendees had what they needed to fully enjoy the conference. Christopher at the front desk made check-in seamless and welcoming. Abigail, who managed the Loa hotel bar, was not only wonderful to work with, but her hospitality and craft cocktails were the highlight of many conversations among our attendees.
We received so many compliments throughout the week that I could hardly keep track of them all. To top it off, the owner of the hotel personally came to speak at our event—a gesture that spoke volumes about the pride and care behind this establishment.
Our outside caterer did an excellent job, and the A/V team on site was professional and attentive. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
I will be hosting all of our future New Orleans conferences at this hotel for as long as I’m in charge. The experience here rivals some of the finest hotels I’ve stayed in—on the level of Ritz-Carlton hospitality and service.
One note: I didn’t sleep particularly well, but that was simply because I’m used to quiet country nights, not city lights. The bed itself was extremely comfortable.
