Staff were welcoming and accommodating and the valet service is included. Be aware of $40 resort surcharge which is $10 cheaper than Vegas hotels but still a bit frustrating when you aren’t able to use any hotel amenities. We arrived at 8 pm and pool & gym areas were already closed. The room had a great view of the Vegas strip and bed was super comfy. The fixtures appeared newish. Separated toilet which is great but I didn’t care for the shower door on the toilet, makes too much noise & awkward to operate. Overall I’d like to stay longer to make a fair assessment. Oh Bakery has amazing delicious blueberry muffins for breakfast and much cheaper than Vegas!Show More

The service was absolutely the worst service we have ever had in our life. We were sitting at a machine playing and we had to wait over 2 1/2 hours for a waitress to come by to see if we wanted something to drink and not to mention how long I had to wait for a waitress when I was playing at the Blackjack table where I was playing anywhere from $15 - $375 a hand. You would think that they would give you better service for the amount of money that a person spends at the casino. My wife and I have a trip planned to come here for Christmas but we are changing our plans right now as I am writing this.Show More
