Got here and the staff was very stand offish but not rude, we got up to our room, my husband went in to take a shower and the water didn’t get hot, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the bathroom light wa...Got here and the staff was very stand offish but not rude, we got up to our room, my husband went in to take a shower and the water didn’t get hot, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the bathroom light was out! Went to the front desk and they switch our room to 2 rooms down, walk in and almost slipped because the ac was not on in the month of August and the condensation was so bad the floor was visibly wet, they said this was a non smoking room but the desk had multiple after multiple burns on it and the edges of the desk are pulled back, not even a mini fridge or microwave, although the lobby makes the place look like it’s going to have nice rooms they are not, even for the price it’s not worth it, site says 4 min drive from bourbon st buts it’s almost 20 min! Over all very unsatisfied the days inn around the corner is ten times better wish I would’ve stayed there again! The only good thing I can say is the beds are new and bedding is clean and the parking lot is gated. The hotel has potential but it seriously needs a lot of work!Show More

Hot tub was made out of old flower bed. My room had a thermostat on wall, but I could not ever get it to go below 80 in room. The person that checked me was very pleasant. That was about the only thing good. I was told I would get deposit back — I am still waiting! Also, description doesn’t tell you that hotel is right next door to IV DUMP, and across the street from homeless people living in streets!! Bathtub was painted and paint was chipping off. Room was on 4th floor and window opened fully, no protection, no screen NOTHING! Hotel had no microwave. It was a dreadful and awful 2 days It felt like a hotel you would rent by the hour! Show More

There is nothing about this facility to like! I didn’t even get to stay at the facility! I tried to cancel 2 days before my stay but never heard back! Asked for $75 deposit that was never mentioned. The pool was filthy. There was a broken jagged pole sticking out of the "jacuzzi" the room was gorgeous and renovated. Bed was super comfortable and large. The AC Wouldn't go below 71 at all. It was kind of hot. The hotel has a lot of potential. Its cute. I think they're in the middle of renovations maybe. I didn't really feel safe on the property though. I was afraid to leave anything important in the room. I was afraid my car was going to get broken into. Feeling safe is everything to me. Show More
