When I arrived at the hotel I heard from the hotel employee that there was no reservatio...Bad. I did the reservation in booking website and requested the payment in advance without free cancellation. When I arrived at the hotel I heard from the hotel employee that there was no reservation in my name. I showed the confirmation that I received from booking that everything was ok and they said to me “sorry, we have no relation with booking, if you want to be hosted you need to make a new reservation directly with the hotel” I had no options so I paid again, a much higher price than original reservation. I paid twice for a not good hotel, if imagine that would happen I would book a much better one. Until now I could not be reimbursed.Show More
