Our experience was easy from using the Valet, to checking in, to the bellhop Mike taking our luggage to our room. Everything was a smooth transition. Mike also recommended a restaurant close to the hotel for lunch, which we tried and it was delicious! Our room was great and plenty of room for our family of four. Location is a close walk to the WWII Museum and many other attractions. We used Lyft to get around to other parts of the city. Very convenient location. Overall we were very pleased with our stay! Every staff member was friendly and acknowledged us whenever we walked through the lobby. Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff! We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit New Orleans!Show More
