Alexis is amazing! She's everywhere and right where she needs to be when something was needed. She works in HR but we think of her as the 'unofficial Ambassador' of this hotel! 5 stars for Alexis! This is a good location, walkable to much of the NOLA sites and far enough away that the noise level is much more agreeable for us anyway. The room was a nice size and very clean. It's the French Quarter so IF you were thinking about a nice quiet area and venue, well---that's not happening in the Quarter. The only thing that was a little off, paying for Internet?? We're even Bon Voy Marriott members and didn't seem to matter. $10.95 a day. On top of the $50 Valet parking, it all adds up. Staff is very helpful and courteous.Show More
