I pe...The Saint Hotel, New Orleans, French Quarter, Autograph Collection I stayed at The Saint Hotel, Autograph Collection, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Marriott property. I personally witnessed live bed bugs in my room and took clear photos as proof. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. When I reported it, the hotel’s response was dismissive. They claimed their pest control inspection “found no evidence,” but completely ignored the photos and firsthand evidence I provided. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern for guest safety or hygiene, they tried to deflect blame. To make matters worse, I also used their valet service, and my vehicle’s rim was scratched. That issue was handled with the same lack of accountability and professionalism. For a hotel carrying the Marriott Autograph Collection name, I expected far better. What I received was negligence, denial, and total disregard for customer satisfaction. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management — and Marriott corporate — to review how this location handles guest complaints.Show More
