I also, was given two bottles of water and two delicious cookies that were warm 😋 they are scrumptious. I love the walking distance to everything needed and the beach is across the street with a private gated hotel catwalk entrance to the beach. Standard Wi-Fi internet access 2 beach towels per room per day 2 beach loungers per room per day 2 daily one hour bike rentals 2 specialty drinks from any resort bar per room per day Kids under 12 years of age eat free breakfast daily. I was also able to leave my luggage after checkout with the Bellman, Reuban who was very accommodating so I could access the pool until I left for the airport. While at the pool Natalia, a Hilton ambassador. I told all about my delightful trip experience and I told her I would leave my review. Thank you to everyone who's name I mentioned and those I didn't know their name that contributed to my stay. Everyone was friendly and smiled.Show More

The good exchanges didn't end there. The workers at the restaurant should also get a lot of praise. Everyone on the dining team we met was professional, polite, and attentive. Every time we ate there, they made sure our food was served quickly and with real excitement, which made the experience much better. We strongly suggest Bahia Mar to anyone who wants to get away from it all. A gorgeous property and a great team make for a memorable and comfortable stay. The facilities are really good, with a great pool, reserved area on the beach opposite the hotel, and a good fitness centre. There's a nice bar in the lobby and they do a great buffet breakfast in the hotel. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. Our one had a sea view which was amazing and a small balcony that one person can stand on. Room cleaning was really good and efficient each day. There's a market/deli store on site, a coffee shop plus bike rentals. Reception and bar staff (especially Julie) are amazing. The only downside was one lift was out of order the whole stay, which made for long wait times. Overall would recommend.Show More

We bought our son a remote-control car to keep him entertained, only to realize we forgot a screwdriver and even had the wrong batteries. When we reached out to the front desk, they kindly offered to send someone from maintenance. Kenneth from the engineering department arrived, and he went above and beyond for us. Not only was he incredibly pleasant, but he also took it upon himself to track down the correct batteries and make sure our son’s toy was working perfectly. His kindness truly made our stay even better. We are so grateful for Kenneth and the exceptional service we received. Highly recommend!Show More
