We stayed fr 4 days. First morning no breakfast available prior to 10am. 2nd day the breakfast room door locked out many guests. Door eventually opened by another guest. Next day fire alarm disrupted ...We stayed fr 4 days. First morning no breakfast available prior to 10am. 2nd day the breakfast room door locked out many guests. Door eventually opened by another guest. Next day fire alarm disrupted ALL guests and we were not informed of this test. Same day internet and TV service went out and stayed out for over 24 hours and the service stopped abruptly Zt 10pm, and again remained out for well over 24 hours.When we spoke to DON the manager at 240pm that day he said if we didn’t like it we could leave ant 3pm. Literally in 20 minutes. He was loud and aggressive verbally and said I threatened the staff. He then ran our credit card, and let us know that we HAD to leave HIS hotel the next day. No other compensation would be given.Show More
