As a Bonvoy member, we stay at a lot of Marriotts, and in particular Courtyards. This is probably the best Courtyard we have ever stayed at. This is probably the best Courtyard we have ever stayed at. Location is everything and it doesn’t get any better than this. The beach, restaurants, and shopping are steps away. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The brand new renovations are beautiful and everything is spotless. For me the biggest downfalls are the fact that there is nowhere to plug in your phone next to the bed. We literally had to move the bedside table, remove a wall panel, and unplug the bedside lamp to plug in our phones next to us. If you don’t want to do this, I suggest bringing an extension cord. For my taste, the bed was too low, the mattress too hard, and the pillows too thin. It is subjective though, so that may be ok for you. The other thing is it is a platform bed, which is not a preference because of the exposed lip of wood that surrounds the bed. I have a new bruises on each leg after running into it twice. Again it is subjective. Traveling with someone in a wheelchair, the accommodations were really good. The accessible room had plenty of room to maneuver and all common areas very accessible as well. The biggest disappointment was we could not go to the pool bar because the lift was broken, but I was happy there was accessibility to the pool bar under normal circumstances. The pool is wheelchair friendly well. There is a $55 per day valet fee and you can come and go as you please. There is also a $32 per day resort fee which covers $17 per day food /beverage credit, beach towels and chairs, and a water taxi ticket. We will definitely stay here again.Show More

Being able to check in early (we were in our room by 9am) made all the difference. The room was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed — comfy beds, soft sheets, a fridge, and a large, bright bathroom with great water pressure and plush towels. Although it rained and we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful beach and pool amenities, they looked amazing and well-maintained. We did, however, enjoy a delicious meal at the onsite restaurant — the food was tasty and the setting was convenient and relaxing. The entire staff was exceptional — from valet to front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was so friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel itself has a clean, fresh, and modern vibe that I really loved. I’d highly recommend this property for a day room or a full stay. It’s a perfect option whether you’re between flights, just off a cruise, or looking for a beach getaway. We were so glad we got to enjoy it, even for just a few hours!Show More

Thank you so much for helping us. We always stay here when we fly into Ft, Lauderdale. We were here for our 23 wedding anniversary. We had a portrait drawn of us prior to our cruise. Long story short we left it at the hotel, and didn’t realize it until we were at the airport. We called spoke with Ciara, she offered to send it to us, but my husband said I’m gonna try to go back and get it. Ciara went to the room retrieved and had it at the counter for him when we arrived. She didn’t know we had called to advise he was coming to get it at the time. She called me back and said I have it, which was such a relief. They were saying “last call for Burris” on the flight when my husband made it back. But he would have missed it if it weren’t for Ciara, the cab driver, the man at the airport that put him in front of all other flyers. Ciara, I will always be grateful. 🥲 Teresa BurrisShow More
