Unfortunately, it was dir...The hotel has a club on the top floor. They begin playing thumping bass music in the late afternoon and it continues until 3 AM. We had a beautiful suite on the 24th floor. Unfortunately, it was directly below the club. The music was so loud that it rattled the glasses on the bar and shook the fixtures the in the bath. We had reserved both Friday and Saturday night. On the first night we began explaining to the management that it is impossible to sleep in the room. They could not have cared less. They didn't even apologize. Nor could they explain why they would not inform guests of the situation BEFORE allowing them to reserve the room. The second night was the same. I actually went up to the club at 2:00 AM on Saturday and found it to be almost empty, but they continued to play body-shaking music anyway, without any regard for the hotel guests. I would never patronize this hotel again and if you do, definitely request a room on a low floor facing west, away from the ocean where the club is. The management here is uncaring. I even have Executive Platinum status with Marriott.Show More

The atmosphere, ambience, & overall vibe at the Dalmar is truly awesome & great care is obviously taken in all the amenities they offer, all of which above & beyond any expectations I had. Much love & respect to Hotel Manager Alexander, Director of Housekeeping Jeffrey, & all the cool cats in every space at this deluxe hotel, all of whom really put themselves out to absolutely make one's stay at the Dalmar as delightful as one deserves. This is no doubt no diggity my new happy place & can't wait to visit again to see all my new friends & allies when we hold the opening to our extraordinary event in November...Show More

The DJ pla...Beautiful hotel with a stylish roof top bar. My husband and I had a date night at the Dalmar hotel which included and overnight stay and dinner at the Sparrow bar. Let’s start with Sparrow. The DJ played 90s and 2000s music which was right up my alley. The bar/lounge is beautiful. The ambiance is upscale without being pretentious and the service was amazing. Our server was attentive and made great suggestions. I highly recommend the steak (it’s sliced so makes for an easy sharing item) along with the vegetable fried rice. The drink menu is just the start, full bar was available and my margarita was perfect. We ended the night with dessert and sparkling wine. It’s not cheap eats but it’s quality. We ended our night staying at the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and we couldn’t hear our neighbors which is always a plus. The next morning we made a Nespresso coffee to go and ended our overnight date. I highly recommend the Dalmar Hotel and Sparrow when you want a chill night without going to the beach.Show More

I had arrived at 3 and check in is 4, but he said he would expedite the room. Totally understood the situation and was happy to wait, but it didn’t happen - at 4:20 I went back to the check in to inquire and they said the room was still not ready, which was annoying. Not the best experience at a property I had never stayed. All staff members were kind and professional, just not able to deliver. But during my wait I went to the Lobby Bar where bartender Ismail was nothing short of incredible! He was kind, funny and chatty - very personable - and made passing the time much more easy! Silver lining! The Flagler Suite is lovely with a wrap around balcony, so feeling better now that I’m in my room. Rough start, but recovering!Show More
